Radhika Mohan, ASLA

Radhika Mohan is the Senior Program Manager of the Mayors’ Institute on City Design, a leadership initiative of the National Endowment of the Arts (NEA) in partnership with the Unites States Conference of Mayors and the American Architectural Foundation.

Prior to her current position, Radhika was a freelance urban designer in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, focusing on writing, research, and transit-oriented development projects. In 2010, she served as Interim Coordinator for the Central Corridor Design Center, a light rail transit project that will connect the downtowns of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and was also a Research Fellow at the Metropolitan Design Center.

Radhika holds a dual master’s degree in landscape architecture and city planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s of science degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota. In 2010, Radhika was appointed by the President of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) to serve on its National Government Affairs Advisory Committee and has continued that service. She also serves as a design critic and adjunct faculty at Catholic University’s School of Architecture and Planning in Washington, D.C.
