Learn to apply the LEED for Neighborhood Development rating system to a real project. Walk through typical project phases and key decision points for project teams and stakeholders. Technical Workshop: LARE Prep—Section E (Grading, Drainage, Stormwater Management)
To prepare attendees for the national licensing exam, workshop presenters will offer an exam overview, insight into solving vignette problems, and a primer on grading techniques. By solving vignettes both before and during the session, participants will acquire a greater understanding of what they will need to know to pass Section E and gain a critical edge as they prepare.

SITES™ Core Concepts: Applying the SITES Rating System to Your Project*

Through group discussion and individual interaction with experienced professionals, attendees of this workshop will learn about project certification in compliance with the Sustainable Sites Initiative™ (SITES™). You will understand the intent of each SITES credit category and be familiar with best practices, key terms, and incentives and concepts in practice. This is your opportunity to become an early adaptor.
Participants in this workshop will:
- Identify the range of SITES benchmarks to their respective projects.
- Create a project-specific matrix of integrated credit opportunities.
- Collaborate to develop site-specific solutions to challenging credits.
- Consult with a professional knowledgeable in SITES to address project certification questions
