RFQ: CA Conservation Corps - Architectural & Engineering On-Call Services

The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is requesting qualifications for Architectural & Engineering Professional Services for projects throughout the state of California.
This solicitation is to establish On-Call Agreements with qualified firms to be used on an as needed basis by CCC. Successful firms may be awarded an agreement not to exceed $3,000,000.00 per contract. Terms of agreement may be up to five (5) years, on a fixed rate basis. Work Order(s) for the On-Call Agreement for specific projects will be prepared on an as needed basis. Scope of services and total fee for individual Work Orders will be negotiated utilizing rates specified in the On-Call Agreement.
Basic services to be provided from project conception to construction completion shall include, but not be limited to, architectural and engineering project assessment, study, design, review and evaluation, supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, plan review, estimating, cost-benefit analysis, construction management, claims review and negotiation, quality assurance, peer review, code review interpretation and compliance, access compliance (ADA: Americans with Disabilities Act), ZNE (Zero Net Energy) compliance, and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) compliance and general management and administration of the Preliminary Plan Phase, Working Drawing Phase, Construction Document Phase and/or Construction Phase for project(s). Services may include contracting directly with a licensed general contractor to implement the design Services shall be provided by a California licensed architect, registered engineer, or licensed general contractor which meet the requirements of Government Code Section 4529.5.
