The ASLA Climate Action Plan puts equity at the heart of climate action. It calls for:

• Engaging and empowering communities
• Developing equitable outcomes that rely on equitable processes
• Supporting increased investment in community-based climate solutions

The ASLA Biodiversity and Climate Action Committee Subcommittee on Agency & Community Resilience is developing a community engagement toolkit to advance this climate equity and justice work.

To develop the toolkit, the subcommittee has created a survey to gather input from ASLA members. The goal of this survey is to:

• Understand climate justice and equity issues that come up in your work
• Understand the resources you use today to guide this work
• Identify the gaps in resources and how the subcommittee can address them in a new toolkit
