The City of Scottsdale is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional firms and/or design teams to provide assessment of existing infrastructure and conceptual plans to upgrade and renovate the current Scottsdale Civic Center Mall, which will result in an overall master plan for this important public space. The project will include evaluation of existing conditions, analysis of present stakeholder roles and recommendations for improvements, current and projected usage of the project and connectivity to adjacent community spaces, public outreach, commissions and board approvals, and other items of work. This contract may be modified to include design and/or construction services through alternative project delivery methods.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) must be received by the City of Scottsdale on or before 10:00 a.m., Arizona time, on February 19, 2013. Late statements of qualifications will not be accepted.
