Tribute to Harriet Tubman
A bronze cast sculpture of Harriet Tubman stands prominently on the small brick plaza making up the southeastern side of the square (which, in truth, is triangular in shape). Bollards create a sense of enclosure and help differentiate this space from the streetscape.

Subtle Historical Reference
Decorative bronze pavers add interest to the brick ground surface and depict aspects of the underground railroad with subtlety.
