The City of Scottsdale is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional firms and/or design teams to provide assessment of existing infrastructure and conceptual plans to upgrade and renovate the current Scottsdale Civic Center Mall, which will result in an overall master plan for this important public space. The project will include evaluation of existing conditions, analysis of present stakeholder roles and recommendations for improvements, current and projected usage of the project and connectivity to adjacent community spaces, public outreach, commissions and board approvals, and other items of work. This contract may be modified to include design and/or construction services through alternative project delivery methods.

You can download this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and related information from the request for qualifications section of the City of Scottsdale’s website at https://eservices.scottsdaleaz.gov/eservices/solicitations/. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) must be received by the City of Scottsdale on or before 10:00 a.m., Arizona time, on February 19, 2013. Late statements of qualifications will not be accepted.

Digital submittals in Adobe PDF electronic format should be uploaded to the following location: https://securemail.scottsdaleaz.gov/dropbox/RRodgers@Scottsdaleaz.gov. The subject line of the e-mail must read: [Your Company Name] & SOQ: Civic Center Master Infrastructure and Assessment. The SOQ may not reach the contract administrator if you do not use the correct subject line, and the city will not be responsible for not receiving and evaluating your submittal. If you have questions about obtaining the RFQ, please contact Robin Rodgers, project manager, at (480) 312-2522 or RRodgers@ScottsdaleAZ.gov.
