Description: The
City of Union City is seeking qualified landscape architects to submit a
statement of interest and qualifications demonstrating the ability to
perform peer reviews of submitted landscape plans for private
development projects on an “on-call” basis. Union City is located in
Northern California in the San Francisco Bay Area. Consultant shall be
well-versed in Bay-Friendly landscape principles. Consultant shall be a
licensed landscape architect and shall review
submitted landscape plans, including planting and irrigations plans, to
ensure compliance with 1) approved preliminary landscape plan (if
applicable); 2) any landscape-related conditions of approval (if
applicable); and 3) the City’s landscape requirements.
